Young ladies aged 18 +  years olds who are currently in school or not in school.

If you've ever wondered what it's like working for a contractor and the roles involved on site, this is perfect for you! From Project Management to Site Management, Design Management, Quantity Surveying and more this is your opportunity to receive some practical insight from a real project team.​

Key Elements of the Day:

• The Reality: Introduction to the Build side of the Built Environment, Lovell & Careers - you'll hear from female colleagues themselves such as female Site Managers, Design Managers etc. and how it's like working on site.

• Recruitment Tips/Guidance - to help you with practical employability skills. design/architecture/construction/project management/engineering. 

• LIVE Site Tour  - of the project - 159 homes project over 4 blocks of apartments and 17 town houses. 

• Q&A session, Recap & Closing Remarks - Summarise the key learnings from the day, resources,  follow-up opportunities, additional events.
